Sara at Kay Outlet in Carlsbad is awesome. Every time I come in she’s super friendly and always helps clean my jewelry, which I really appreciate. She never makes it feel like a hassle and is always happy to help. She also recently helped me pick out a new bracelet and made the whole process really easy. Great customer service and always a good experience when she’s there!

Today I stoped by the Kay outlet in Carlsbad to look for an anniversary band. Two employees Jackie & Jenn helped me right away, showing me all the options and advising me on the best choice for my ring. They went absolutely beyond my expectations- the best service I could have asked for. On top of that, Jackie cleaned and polished my ring. She was so professional, kind, and genuinely nice. I will definitely come back again because of the excellent service , as well as their great selection of rings and other beautiful jewelry.

I had to pleasure to work with Sara, Jennifer, and Jackie and I appreciate all their hard work. From the beginning helping me find the right ring for my significant other . Their service was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price possible and to also add just made sure my experience was easy. They would call me when they would have road shows for Diamonds and special events which was really helpful during my research. To add once it came down to picking the ring and getting it sized they were trying their best so I can get it in time. Last but not least their service is amazing really welcoming and knowledgeable and most definitely helpful really recommend their service.
